Mastery Coding provides our teachers support in many ways. We have a ticketing system set in place for support requests from teachers. Here they will submit a support request and a member of the Mastery Coding team will get back to them within 24 business hours with an update, recommendation, and/or solution.
We also will be offering a professional development schedule for all teachers on our platform that allows a small group setting to go over product questions or specifics to their schools/classrooms.
Furthermore, we offer our teachers a sense of community through our open Slack Channels to share ideas, teaching tips, and encourage one another while assisting in their student's success!
